Place the turbine under the lantern and it should start to emit a green light. Outside is a lantern on the street to the left. The achievement / trophy Fuel Efficient can be done here. Always search areas that are opened by the Turbine for bus upgrades! Attach the upgrades to parts of the bus to improve chances of survival when traveling from area to area.
Use the Turbine to exit out of the bus station, or buy the doors for 750 Points. Make note: Even though perks are bought, they will not activate until the power is turned on! This turbine will open any doors that require power and activate Perk-A-Cola Machine. There are three items that can be placed together to create a turbine. The first build-able item and blue print table is also located inside the Bus Depot. There are two weapons available for purchase here, along with a Quick Revive machine.
